2007: A Pheasant Feast
VANCOUVER, BC - From Michelle:
We had a great Thanksgiving Dinner - roasted pheasant wrapped in prosciutto and stuffed with dried and then reconstituted sour cherries, accompanied by local green beans and other veggies. The entire meal came from within 100 miles, including our wine!
